Hunter mk1 1966 -1968 (mountain setting)

The Arrow Range.  Rootes answer to the competition in the medium family market that was dominated by Ford. Designed by Rex Fleming, the Hunter bore a striking resemblance to the Ford Corsair. Pinnacle of its career was winning the prestigious London - Sydney Marathon Rally in 1968 when driven by Andrew Cowans.
The Hunter had a long life with more facelifts than a film star and continued in UK production until 1979. 5 bearing alloy headed powerplant of 1725cc with 74bhp on tap.
Nice cars to drive for the time!

Each unique Black & White laser print is taken from the original pencil illustration and comes set in a black A4 presentation mount.
